How to make Italian pizzas

1. Pour the prepared bread flour, yeast, salt, and basil leaves into the same container.

2. Mix water and olive oil.

3. Pour all ingredients of 1 and 2 into the dough bowl of the chef's machine.

4. Mix the dough at a slow speed to prevent the flour from spilling out of the bowl. Next, adjust the speed to medium, so that the dough can be formed and ready to leave the bowl (dough is formed and the surface is smooth).

5. Check if the dough is al dente enough before leaving the bowl.

6. Sprinkle a little flour on the table to prevent the dough from sticking to the table.

7. Cover the surface of the dough with a fermentation cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes;

8. Divide the dough, 100g/pc.

9. Roll out the dough one by one.

10. Dust the surface with flour again, cover with a rising cloth and let rest for 10 minutes.

11. Roll out the dough thinly.

12. Pull the pancake by hand (you can do a handsome air rotation, be careful).

13. Spread out onto a baking sheet for fermentation, for about 30 minutes.

14. Cut the shallots, black olives, onions, chicken, etc. to match.

15. Garnish with sauce.

16. Preheat the oven to 226 degrees Fahrenheit, and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, and place the decorated pancakes in the oven for about 16 minutes. (Can be adjusted according to the use of your oven).
